Volunteer Examiner (VE) Team

The Newark Amateur Radio Association maintains a Field-Stocked Volunteer Examiner (VE) Team.  The Team consists of over twelve (12) active ARRL accredited volunteer examiners from the local area.  The current ARRL VE Team Liaison is Earl Paazig, W8BR, and he can be reached at .

 

In-Person Exam Sessions

The Team usually schedules four (4) exam sessions per year on a 'No Walk-ins / Register or Call ahead' basis.   Planned exam sessions will be posted to the ARRL VEC website at:  Exam Locations

Planned exam dates currently include:

13 Aug 2022, 5 Nov 2022, and 4 Feb 2023

*Currently, only cash is accepted by NARA VE Team for the ARRL exam fees.
