Hi Folks,

I have decided to CANCEL the NARA meeting scheduled for this Saturday. 
We are under a Winter Storm Warning from the National Weather Service
from 4 AM Saturday through 4 AM Sunday.

The predicted amount of rain and snow is changing with time, but the one
condition that seems constant for Saturday is periods of rain, followed
by freezing temperatures, down to 17 ^o F Saturday night, with snow
accumulations of at least 2 to 6 inches overall.  Be prepared and stay
safe!!!

Alan KD8TNS said he should be able to give his program at the February
meeting.

One other note about the 146.88 repeater.  As you may know, it was not
operating on Wednesday.  Nevertheless, Tom WB8YOK and Russ W8ATA went to
Horns Hill on Thursday and shifted over the backup repeater.  One more
time to give special thanks to Tom for the outstanding job he has done
to acquire and prepare backup repeaters for both the 2 m and 70 cm
repeaters!  I understand Tom is now working to fix the repeater that failed.
