NARA February 2018 Meeting Minutes

Hi Folks,

The NARA meeting is next Saturday, March 17, at the Red Cross building, 145 South 30th Street, Newark, starting at 6:00 PM.

Our program for this meeting will be Tools and Methods to Weather this Period of Low Sunspot Activity, presented by Eldon Peterson W5UHQ.  Eldon actively works for DX contacts on all bands and with many modes.

I'm attaching a revised draft copy of the minutes for the February meeting.  Changes are highlighted in yellow.
