Hi Folks,


The NARA meeting is*this Saturday, October 20*, at the Red Cross
building, 145 South 30th Street, Newark, starting at 6:00 PM.

Our program for this meeting will be a discussion of the 2018 Ohio
Simulated Emergency Test (SET) "Black Swan 2018."  The discussion will
be led by Bret KD8SCL.

I'm attaching a draft copy of the minutes for the last meeting.   We'll
have a couple of printed copies of the minutes at the meeting, but will
not read the minutes before considering them for approval.
